- Fernando Leyra is a creative Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE), AI art director and founder from Galicia, Spain. Winner of the RAISE Summit Hackathon in Paris, he ships advertising campaigns, new media art and software with mixed human-machine teams, and builds in public at leyra.es.
- What is a creative Forward-Deployed Engineer?
- A creative FDE embeds with a client the way a forward-deployed engineer does, but ships creative systems: campaigns, prototypes, agent pipelines and experiences. Half creative direction, half hands-on engineering, deployed where the problem lives.
